Junior Supply Side Relationship Manager, Direct Media Buy (English + Chinese)

Location: Berlin For our Media Buy and E-Commerce branches under Helium Holdings, we’re now looking for a junior supply partner relationship manager with fluent English and Chinese skills. Responsibilities

- Proactive research and reach-outs globally to new direct supply side agencies for paid-search and paid-social traffic (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Bing, YouTube etc.)
- Proactive research and reach-outs globally to direct traffic sources: DSPs, SSPs, Market Places
- Negotiation for the best deals and integration with the agencies and the traffic suppliers
- Day-To-Day communication with the agencies and the traffic suppliers (online, Email, Phone)
- Acting as the bridge between our Berlin partner relationship and Shanghai media buy teams
- Day-To-Day communication with our E-Commerce branch (Shenzhen) and our clients (China) to fulfill their demand requirements Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, IT or other relevant fields
- Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory, additional APAC languages (JP, MY, ID) are more than welcome
- Ideally first experiences in online marketing or media buy
- Ideally first experiences in clients or supplier relationship management
- Basic understanding of how paid social and paid search ads work
- Basic understanding in media buy (CPM, CPC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
- International background is a big plus

Senior Sales Manager, Marketing and Branding

Location: Berlin Responsibilities

- You're responsible for the company's own branding as well as branding campaigns of our clients globally, both online and offline
- Close new deals with the demand and supply partners
- Media plan for the promotion of the company's E-Commerce division as well as of our clients' online products (mainly gaming and E-Commerce)
- Regular key clients and partners visit to maintain relationships, lead C-Level dialogues with our key accounts
- Organization and attendance of mobile industry events and business trips to build new business partnerships
- Plan sales pipeline, set effective strategy and revenue goals for business development of Demand and Supply Teams
- Mentorship for interns if necessary

Requirements

- At least 4 years of work experiences in online and offline advertising industry in business development and marketing management in an international company, ideally agency background
- University Degree or above, ideally with focus on marketing / online marketing, study and working experiences aboard is a big plus
- Existing agency network in North America and Europe and SEA, especially C-Level relationships
- Proficiency in business English (working language), native speaker preferred. Fluency in German or/and French is ideal
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on your own projects
- Good understanding of the online gaming and E-Commerce industry
- Grounded knowledge of MS Office
