Senior Business Development Manager, North America / Europe

Location: Berlin Responsibilities

- You're responsible for the company's Demand and Supply side business development, with a focus of North America
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, close new deals to drive revenue growth
- Develop strong relationships with clients and major mobile app developers (game, utility, m-commerce) in North America and Europe
- Work closely with VP of business development and the company's leaderships, set sales strategy according to company's products development roadmap
- Create quarterly account reports and forecasts of new sales and revenue
- Regular key client and partner visit to maintain relationships, lead C-Level dialogues with our key accounts
- Organization and attendance of mobile industry events and business trips to build new business partnerships
- Plan sales pipeline, set effective strategy and revenue goals for business development of Demand and Supply Teams
- Campaign set up and optimization
- Support Demand and Supply side partners in using and integrating our SSP, DSP and Adserver
- Mentorship for interns if necessary

Requirements

- At least 2 years of work experiences in online advertising industry in business development and publisher/affiliate/account management in an international
company
- University Degree or above, ideally with focus on marketing / online marketing, study and working experiences aboard is a big plus
- Proficiency in business English (working language), preferred native speaker, one or more of the following languages are also a big plus: Japanese, Korean,
Russian, Spanish, French, German, Chinese
- Existing client and partner Mobile-Marketing industry network in North America and Europe, especially C-Level relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Visionary and creative thinking and a result driven personality. Team Player with personal leading and
organization skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid technical understanding in the online marketing industry, interests and knowledge in latest industry technologies as well as good know-how in online
advertising platforms: SSP, DSP, Adserver, Performance Network, API integration, advertisements slots and placements
- Good understanding and passion in mobile entertainment applications: social network, online / mobile gaming
- Knowledge and network in online influencers is a big plus
- Grounded knowledge of MS Office
